What makes MOS different from others?

Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Care & Maintenance

Are the liners washable or replaceable?

Yes. The tri-layer  liners are removable, naturally antimicrobial, easy to rinse, and designed for long-term use.

Are the shelves rust-resistant?

They’re constructed from high-quality powder-coated steel and premium beech wood, making them not only durable and beautiful, but also resistant to moisture and corrosion — ideal for damp areas like under the sink, in bathrooms, or laundries.

Is it easy to assemble?

The MOS Kansōma Shelf and Kairō  Shelf are both is designed for simple, stress-free assembly. On average set up takes less than 20 minutes.

The MOS Kansōma Shelf is thoughtfully designed with modular, repositionable shelves and an open-frame structure — so you can customise it to fit around pipes, U-bends, and tricky corners.
